The Trading System is now OPEN

Offers to sell and offers to buy must be posted between February 1 and 15. Prospective sellers and buyers must complete a Seller Registration Form or Buyer Registration Form (Appendix A and B to the Trading System Rules) and deliver to Sara Hoefer at Sandhills Renewable Energy for verification and posting.
 
The below offers have been posted to the Bulletin Board for the February 1-15 listing period. This information will remain on the Bulletin Board until March 1, at which time it will be removed.
 
NOTE:   Sandhills Renewable Energy does not "match" potential sellers and buyers.  It is the responsibility of sellers and buyers to contact each other and reach an agreement.  Upon request, Sandhills Renewable Energy will provide a form of base agreement for use in negotiating and finalizing the purchase agreement.  Sellers and buyers cannot sign a purchase agreement until the 15th calendar day after the later of the seller’s or buyer’s posting date.

All purchase agreements must be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval no later than March 15.
